We Care Deeply About Our People…

We know that culture isn’t really about beer taps, beanbag chairs and painted walls – in fact, we don’t have a physical office or even want one. It’s about people, it’s about your team and it’s about doing the right thing well.  It’s about wanting to build something great and knowing your team is there to support you in your relentless drive to create value for the customer. And the F word. No, the other one – freedom. To be yourself. To try new things, make mistakes, learn from them, share your experiences and laugh out loud about them.

We believe in careers as an enabler of who you want to be.  Surround yourself with capable and dedicated people with multiple superpowers.  Work hard, build successes, celebrate, grow, repeat.

We also believe strongly in career growth.  Umami’s team is led by highly capable industry professionals with a depth of experience and knowledge available to you to enable you to be successful in this role.

You will be working alongside Principal, Victoria Chemko, who has over 15 years of experience in the B2B technology, digital marketing, and project management space. She will mentor you, providing guidance in all things digital, while allowing you the freedom and autonomy to learn, make mistakes, and grow. Victoria has worked in entrepreneurial roles in the Vancouver tech community and has traveled and worked with businesses internationally.

If interested in this position, please submit resume, attn: Victoria Chemko to info@umamimarketing.com, with “Lead, Digital Strategy and Accounts” in the subject line.
